The Gerstle Group worked alongside Oracle’s Interaction Design Team, and helped lead the design efforts of the Sales Opportunity Management application and the Marketing application of the Fusion package of products. Together, our goal was to make the management of the Sales Opportunities as simple as possible for the majority of users, while still providing the necessary flexibility to apply more complex business rules.
While many of the user experience design patterns and functional components were already defined for the entire CRM suite or products, several fell short of our requirements, so The Gerstle Group contributed the design, definition, and specifications of several additional complex design patterns and components to the Pattern Library that was then leveraged by other Oracle Interaction Designers and implemented into future applications.
